Here is a quick list of comments or questions that customers submitted from the past couple weeks.
Customer Comment: I wish all the Carhartt Jeans came in a 38″ length. But you do have two styles that do so I need to be thankful for that.Thank you.
Dungarees Response: Yeah, unfortunately that length of jean is a pretty slow mover, so I’m assuming Carhartt just doesn’t make them in very many styles.
Customer Comment: I wanted to pay on Dungarees.net using PayPal, but could not get free shipping using it.
Dungarees Response: The shipping rules on the site are the same whether paying with credit card or by Paypal.
Customer Comment: I don’t appreciate having to complete a survey on my purchase at Dungarees.net prior to receiving the product.
Dungarees Response: The survey is completely optional and is presented on the checkout confirmation page.
Customer Comment: Dungarees.net should have free shipping for Cyber Monday.
Dungarees Response: It’s hard to keep up as it is!
Customer Comment: There were limited sizes on Carhartt youth size bibs.
Dungarees Response: We did have some stock issues on some of the Carhartt kid’s styles over the holidays, but they should be back in-stock now.
Customer Comment: I would have liked faster shipping options, I would have gladly paid more to have this shipped overnight.
Dungarees Response: More than likely there was 1 or more items causing the issue. All items in the cart have to be available from our main warehouse to be eligible for upgraded shipping. That covers about 80% of Carhartt orders generally.
Customer Comment: The item I ordered was on back order until the end of December. When I placed the order it stated that it was in stock and ready to ship. I went back on after receiving the email about the back order and the site still said the item was available. If it isn’t available, take it off your website or explain that it will be on back order for weeks!
Dungarees Response: We try to account for this as best we can. We do receive inventory feeds from all of our vendors with inventory levels. Sometimes those aren’t completely accurate, and sometimes we may just run out of an item on our end before the item get’s removed. It is a process we are continually working to improve and automate, we hate giving customers bad information more than anyone!
