Excellent Fit, Slight Flaw in Sole These boots arrived yesterday, and I can already tell that they will be possibly the best-fitting boots I have owned. The toe cap is very large, with room for all five toes. I have a wide foot, and this is difficult to find. One minor flaw: The front of the sole (basically that part beneath the toe cap) is a separate piece of rubber, that has been melted or glued to the rest of the sole. The line where they meet is a little messy, as though the two pieces were joined and then allowed to shift before they dried/cured. That joint seems solid, so I don't see a need to return them for that. Maybe that two-piece sole is part of the Opanka construction--I don't know. January 29, 2013
