Carhartt Gloves are made with the same attention to detail, premium materials, and quality construction as Carhartt's apparel. You can be sure that the glove you choose has been job-tested for durability.
Reviewer: Tallahassee, Location: New York Harbor, Occupation: Merchant marine Warm and durable I like these more than the system gloves which cost more. Those aren't waterproof at all. These keep my hands warm and dry and the liners help down to about 30°-32°. Below that you need hot hands. I haul 8" dia ropes out of the water in the freezing cold and these keep my hands dry and warm, within they're temp range anyway. They are well made and good value.
Reviewer: KShayman57, Location: Wichita,KS, Occupation: Disabled Corrections Officer These gloves WORK!! These gloves are better than I thought they would be.I have Lupus and very poor circulation in my hands, they get very cold.In early Feb,we had snow and it was near zero, normally I would shovel snow for a short time then go in the house and warm up,with these gloves I was able to finish the job!

Living in the northeast I've continued to hunt for a decent cold weather glove that performs well, this is it! Read an earlier review regarding size so I ordered accordingly. I would recommend these to anyone who works outdoors in the cold yet needs to maintain dexterity A+ in both categories.
