Reviewer: Herm, Location: Lexington,VA, Occupation: Warehouse worker I liked this jacket so well I bought three. I was looking for a shorter, lined ,jean style jacket that I could wear over a heavy shirt and this certainly filled the bill.I am 6'2" tall and about 200 lbs.The regular extra large fits great.I am no stranger to Carhartt clothing and this jacket is of their usual high quality. The Sherpa lining is very warm in the 20 to 30 degree weather we have been having.I also appreciate the great service I received from Dungarees.net.I will certainly buy from again.
Reviewer: WildBill64, Location: Colorado, Occupation: Disabled vietnam veteran This jacket looks good and would wear it anywhere. Would wear my jacket whether I'm riding my Harley or going to church on Sunday with a white shirt tie and my wrangler jeans.
Reviewer: Joshua57, Location: Indiana Rock solid, durable and good looking coat. First time Carhartt purchase,no regrets.Pleasantly surprised by
the the great overall quality. This should go the distance with no problem.Plenty of length to keep out the cold.I'm 6-2,190 and the LG tall gave me room to layer a hoodie underneath perfectly.Purchased with the sandstone artic hood,a good combo.
Hey Carhartt,a couple suggestions to make this coat better yet:
Please make the inside pockets larger, especially deeper, they are a bit
too shallow to hold jobsite papers and documents. Also, please add a zippered left cuff pocket on the sleeve to hold a set of keys like you see on motorcycle jackets, hard to loose 'em then. The Ridge coat is a keeper, thanks dungarees.net.
Reviewer: ghen, Location: Boston MA, Occupation: none great jacket for price but runs really large Its a good jacket to beat around for the price. Working or activity jacket. It works for temps of low 25-30F with a carhartt heavy hoodie. I bought the XL maybe 5 years ago. I lost some weight and ordered a L to size down. When I got the L. It matched up the same size as my old XL?? My XL was made in USA and L is made in mexico. The color in the shepra is different too. XL USA is lighter and L mexico is darker. I reordered size M.. which was the correct fit.
