I purchased the Shoreline Vapor Jacket #101570 about five or six weeks ago. Since then, I've used it in three different days of heavy to light rain.
Water beads up and runs off this jacket like a duck (literally). It comes with a built in hood and adjustable elastic cords for the hood opening.
On the inside, I was dry as a bone. No water leaked in and the jacket kept me warm enough in the wind, so that I did not get chilled (or wet!) on some 40-45 degree rainy days.
Bottom line: This coat was a great buy at the price I paid at Dungarees.com and I would certainly recommend it for light duty, casual rain wear, particularly if you are an office worker (it looks really good in black) or if you just need a good looking, practical rain jacket to go out with your friends or lunch, dinner or drinks.
This is NOT a heavy duty construction rain coat or rain jacket for use in heavy rain, winds and / or seas, such as on a fishing boat in the North Atlantic or other very cold / wet outdoor activity (e.g. camping in the mountains at altitude).

Good Design to be Hunting &/or Throwing Bumpers at Retriever Practice, even has a nice spot for the Wireless Control Button... The Fit seems to be as Sized, but I Order Larger so I can Layer over the Bibs &/or another Jacket, Shirts, etc... The Cuff on Sleeves has a nice design with a diagonal back-cut with small Velcro strap keeping sleeves out of way while using your hands.
