Carhartt relaxed fit jeans for women have a roomier hip and thigh than the original fit jeans. They feature a contoured waistband to prevent gapping in the back and a mid rise that sits just below the waist.
Reviewer: stych, Location: Calgary great pants but large Good quality jeans compared to other lined jeans I've looked at. Though I would recommend that, because of the spandex in these jeans, order one size smaller than you normally wear. These are much softer jeans compared to last year's lined jeans, not as "rugged." It would be nice if Carhartt would make the length a bit longer. I take a Regular length in all pants, but these are on the cusp of being on the short side (having just taken them out of the package).

Tend to run a little big. Excellent quality. I will order another pair in a different color next winter.
Reviewer: NinjaNina, Location: Rochester, NY, Occupation: Commercial Playground Installer Very comfortable, disappointed in the changes I ordered these to replace my Carhartt womens flannel lined jeans that had worn out. I would have ordered some off closeout, but they didn't have any left in my size so I had to buy the new style. These pants are very comfortable, soft, but I'm afraid they won't hold up to work. I ordered my usual size 14, but because they added spandex to the makeup of these pants, they are very loose. They also lowered the weight of the denim, which makes them lighter weight, probably adding to their comfort. Like I said, they are very comfortable, but I would probably order a size smaller so they don't sag so much. Also, they don't feel like a work pant, but I haven't worn them to work enough to rate their durability. I am disappointed that Carhartt keeps changing the quality of women's wear. I am switching back to men's wear.
Reviewer: Burry551, Location: Columbia, MO, Occupation: Rancher Hate the Boot Cut I don't buy Carhartt jeans for style, I buy them to last a long time, be comfortable, and easy to work in, while also wearing them casually. I'm at a disadvantage because I am a bigger size, but haven't been able to find a plus size jean from Carhartt that has a straight leg, I love the Carhartt brand and they have great products, but I would love to see more plus size, and straight leg products, or at least don't make the "boot cut" look like flair jeans.
