Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can. If you have an account with us, you may log-in and view any order that you have placed with us. If you do not have an account with us, you can still view your order here. We will provide you with an order status if your item hasn't shipped, or a tracking # if it has been shipped.

Is my transaction secure?

Yes. We use an SSL Certificate from Verisign® with 256-bit encryption to keep your information secure. Your transaction details get processed through 3Delta Payment Systems and we DO NOT store any of your credit card information.

What does it mean if a product is marked as Factory 2nd or Closeout?

Factory 2nds - Items that have slight fabric or stitch blemishes. Generally they are very minor, but on occasion can be pretty noticible.

Closeouts - Items that the manufacturer is no longer producing.

Both types lead to great savings by the customer.
