If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 90 days of delivery. Returns must be in new, unwashed, and resalable condition with all original manufacturers tags still attached to receive a full refund. Items returned to Dungarees that do not meet the above requirements will be assessed a restocking fee at our discretion. The return of defective, mislabeled, or incorrect items must be authorized by a customer service representative, and be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Instructions, shipping labels, and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction.
RETURNING FOR A REFUND
All items that are returned for a refund will have the credit applied to the original form of payment (Credit Card, Paypal, etc..) unless requested otherwise. Once your return shipment is received at our warehouse, it is processed within 1-3 business days and you will receive an automated email. Please allow another 2-4 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or be applied to your Paypal balance.
RETURNING FOR AN EXCHANGE
You can also return your items in exchange for other items. Assuming the items you are requesting are in-stock, we usually get the exchange shipment out with 2-4 days upon receiving your items. Exchange shipping charges are the same as regular orders; if the value of the items being sent back to you for the exchange is over $55, the shipping is free, but if the value is less than $55, there is a $5.95 shipping charge. *If you are exchanging and would like to get the exchange items quicker, we suggest sending your items back marked as a return and then placing a new order on our website.

We can provide all orders shipping to us from a USA location with a Return Shipping Label that you can print out online. The cost of this label is $5.95, click the link for more details. YETI coolers, cushions, and seadeks do not qualify for the flat rate $5.95 return label due to their size and weight. Please email us for return options.
If you are shipping from outside the US, or would prefer to use your own label or carrier to ship, you are free to do so. We accept all major carriers at our location. We would also recommend insuring your package if you choose to not use our return label.
Dungarees accepts returns of footwear within 90 days of delivery. To ensure quality products for you and other customers, footwear returns must be in 100% new condition, with no wear on tread, and all original manufacturers' tags still attached to receive a full refund. Items returned to Dungarees that do not meet the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
