great gloves
December 11, 2014

From: Merrick, NY Age: Over 65 Gender: Male
These have been my go to gloves for years and have them in my car, truck, house, garage, tool box, etc. Sizing seems small, but I'm aware of it ahead of time so know to order XXL instead of my usual XL.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Carhartt Should Be My Middle Name
February 13, 2014

From: King of Prussia , Pa. Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
I have not had the chance to use these gloves . But--- Knowing Carhartt Products , I am sure they are going to be just fine . I don't do a lot of work that requires gloves like these but You just never know ! I can see it now -- a friend would need help chopping wood or carrying things that won't be good on my hands . I'll be like "Why The Heck Didn't I Buy Those Gloves"!?!>Well very glad I did . I am sure they will be perfect . Thanx again Carhartt and Dungarees.net .

Yes, I recommend this product.

The durability is slipping
October 21, 2013

From: Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
I used to like these gloves. As a truck driver loading at a pier I put them thru a lot of hard use and they could take it. But recently the gloves are falling apart on the first use. Three of the past five pairs have torn or ripped on the first day of use, one pair after less than 15 minutes of wearing them! I am now looking for a different glove manufacturer to meet my needs for a XXL sized hand.

Great Glove for around the House
September 10, 2013

From: Chicago, IL Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
I got a pair of these and the all-leather version this spring. I use them for digging in the garden and when I need protection when doing chores around the house. They fit great, are comfortable, and hold up through everything I've put them through. I've used them for repairs and picking up broken glass without any issues. Very good quality.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Glove Quality Dropping
July 11, 2013

From: San Diego Age: 35-44 Gender: Male
I go through at least 4 pairs of these gloves a year working around our property. I order a couple pairs along with my clothing orders several times a year. I have noticed recently that the leather thickness has gotten thinner and of less quality - in my honest opinion. The past Carhartt A519 gloves took a day or two of good use to break in and they lasted a month or two of daily use before I would wear through the fingers & throw them out. Now they are wearing out much faster and I have one pair where the cloth seams separated from the leather on two of the fingers in the first day of use. The leather is thinner and is a slightly different color so guessing from a different supplier/quality. Pretty disappointed but I will try one more order and if quality is again poor I will have to go with another brand of better quality gloves.

Good gloves
April 12, 2013

From: Age: 65+ Gender: Male
Finally a pair of gloves big enough to get my hand in! Only had them a short time but am very pleased. Seem tough and rugged enough to last for a good while. Glad I ordered three, Will not be without a pair of gloves no matter where I am.
