Rated 5 out of 5 by BobbyO Tough gloves !
Just finished a full farm day for a buddy, tearing out 1.5 miles of fence posts and barbed wire. These gloves were a great find, (and I'm back here to get 3 more pair), not one hole in them (my pants have 3 tears now); warm in 20 f weather, fit great, and I couldn't be happier. Tried to go back a few stores, but their all sold out. Wonder why ?
Get some, you won't be disappointing in how these perform.

was looking for a work glove with the ability to use my fingers without taking off the glove. very good glove really like the grip on the palm side. only compliant is I wish they were a bit warmer. overall a good glove for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Magnerirish Overall Poor Product
Out of the many Carhartt products I've owned over the years, this has to be the poorest quality item ever. Sad to say, as I feel Carhartt typically produces good stuff.
I bought these on 11/14/14 as some gloves to wear walking into my tree stand. Looking for lightweight and durable gloves for outdoor use.
First off the rubber patches glued to thumbs and fingers are a joke. Why theses patches were not made of leather and stitched on is beyond me? Within the first 5 minutes the thumb patch peeled 1/2 off while slinging my rifle over my shoulder. The other thumb and index fingers peeled off later the next day when I was stacking wood. Poor quality.
Second, they do not breathe at all. They trap in the heat (and moisture) excessively. Once you stop moving that moisture cools down fast. They do not form fit your hands like many utility work gloves on the market today.
I have an old pair of Redhead utility gloves with worn out fingers and thumbs that I returned to using. These Carhartt gloves will go behind the seat of the truck as a last resort/backup glove.
Sad that such a sub-quality product was produced by such a good company.
