Rated 5 out of 5 by STAY WARM --- CHOOSE CARHARTT These gloves would really be perfect If I lived in Alaska !! I mean -- I do love these gloves but only got to wear them once . It snowed pretty heavy here about a month ago and my hands stayed warm and dry the entire time I was out shoveling . Most of the time I have to take breaks ( while shoveling snow ) because my hands get so darn cold ! -- Not with these !! I wish I could wear them more but the weather around here is just bizarre ! ( 29 degrees one day and 64 the next -- ) I got a lot of Carhartt just screaming to be worn but the weather just won't allow . I am thinking of moving to Alaska just to put them all in use . I mean -- I am kind of glad that it hasn't been that cold around here but I am prepared just in case we get some nasty cold fronts heading our way . February 27, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Well constructed gloves This pair of gloves, outside of being snug, are very well constructed and appear to be very durable. As faith would have it, I received these gloves just after a sever cold snap. Since then the weather has been quite warm for the time of year. Hopefully I'll get a chance to try these out sometime this season, but if not was a small price to pay for good weather. January 1, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Warm and durable I like these more than the system gloves which cost more. Those aren't waterproof at all. These keep my hands warm and dry and the liners help down to about 30°-32°. Below that you need hot hands. I haul 8" dia ropes out of the water in the freezing cold and these keep my hands dry and warm, within they're temp range anyway. They are well made and good value. February 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Warm Didn't even realize these came with liners which r not even needed because these gloves r so warm. I wear them seperately. These gloves have been tested in temps of 0 to -8 degrees Fahrenheit while riding my quad during recent snow storms. January 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by GRRREATTT GLOVE So far So good great glove been outside in this 20 degree weather setting up Christmas tree's outside and wow these gloves are spectacular. I handle tree's, shrubs, cement planters, Christmas trees and metal tree stands and these gloves do the job. Keeps cold OUT keeps warmth IN!!!! The only thing is that the little pads came out within 2 days of using it. No worries glove is well worth the money. Best part is that they are long so it comes right up passed my wrist and doesn't leave a little space where the cold can get in... As for being waterproof I put these on when it rains and it's cold outside and so far it has been good but I have a feeling water will soon seep into the glove since the glove is being used almost everyday... I added a picture of how it looks after being through A LOT. December 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Secondary gloves makes them easier to put on. Gloves are warm and not to bulky. They are waterproof so nice for removing the slush January 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by small Just received 3 pair for presents. Tried one pair on and found that they run small. The gloves look and feel durable, wanted a good glove to snow blow with. I will be returning them for a larger size. December 2, 2015
