Originally manufactured for the Alaska pipeline workers, this jacket is durable with a water-repellent, 1000-denier Cordura® nylon shell. The shell acts as a barrier between you and the bitter cold wind. It is lined with Carhartt arctic weight lining to keep you warm all day long.

•  Water-repellent polyurethane finish on underside of shell fabric
•  Nylon lining quilted to arctic-weight polyester insulation
•  Attached quilt-lined three-piece hood with draw cord closure

Great Coat but runs large I had to exchange my XL for a Large and it is still too wide or large in the waste. Will see how it fits when wearing Winter clothes April 30, 2013
BULLET PROOF I bought this coat to replace my old standard brown Carhartt work coat which was not looking so great after 14 years of heavy wear. I have been using this model J-133 jacket every day this winter and most of last winter. I have crawled through sharp metal while working in an ice cold aircraft hangar and it never snags nor is it torn. It repeals the rain and wet snow as well. So it goes everywhere with me these days . I have no doubts it will last 14 years just like my last Carhartt jacket. February 5, 2013

Very satisfied with the product and how fast I got the jacket I ordered this for my husband for christmas. We were very happy with the jacket and appreciate that it comes in tall even though my husband is under 6ft he has a long body which makes most jackets ride up and expose his waist. I plan on continueing to purchase thru you mostly because your prices are very competive and I can get tall which most stores do not carry December 30, 2012
Great Jacket Very great jacket. It is stiff when you first get it and takes a while to break in but it is definitely the nicest jacket I've ever owned. Extremely durable and always keeps you warm no matter how cold it gets outside. Definitely a must have for for working outdoors in the winter months. December 6, 2012

Great winter jacket, especially for work. Perfect for winter weather! This jacket is completely water/wind proof! I love this jacket and I recommend it to anybody who works outdoors in the cold weather or anybody who just wants a very nice, good quality winter jacket! The only downfall is the stiffness of the material, but that only shows how good the quality is in my opinion! February 24, 2012
