Pretty good.

I had this before and it was a pretty good jacket, except tht it ripped somewhat easily once when it got caught on part of an air conditioning unit. It left a all snag on the jacket.

Great lightweight work jacket.
March 4, 2016

From: North Carolina Age: 55-65 Gender: Male
Lightweight but still warm. Sleeves are too long for the size jacket. Haven't worn a medium size jacket since middle school.

Yes, I recommend this product.

A good mid-weight jacket
February 25, 2016

From: Age: 55-64 Gender: Male
I purchased this jacket for mid-seasons when the winter coat was too heavy and the golf jacket was too light. The first night I wore this jacket it was 32 degrees with a 20 MPH wind. This jacket kept my torso toasty warm and broke the wind very well. My arms did get just a bit chilly because they are not quilted. The jacket material is heavy duty and looks like it will stand up for a very long time and the jacket is very well made. The only down side is the sizing. I am 6'3" tall and slender. My normal sport coat is 42 Long and I must purchase my shirts in a tall man's store due to the length of my arms, so I purchased a Medium Tall jacket. The jacket fits well in the shoulders, the chest and has a nice snugness across the hips. The only problem is in the sleeves. The sleeves reach way down to my knuckles. That is not a deal breaker, but just be warned, the sleeves are very long. I may have been able to get away with a standard Medium jacket. All in all this jacket is a very good value and Carhartt customer service is second to none. They went out of their way to make sure I got the jacket I wanted.

Strangely long sleeves
January 16, 2016

From: Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
I'll have to return it for a small because the sleeves are so long. I don' wear a small in any other jacket, but looks like I'll have to try it with this one (and hope my gut will still fit). Nice cut, better quality than Red Cap. But this reasonably priced jacket is becoming expensive since Carhartt doesn't cover any postage coming or going on exchanges.

From: Big Timber, Mt Age: 35-44 Gender: Male
I really like the quality of Carhartt items and this work jacket is no exception. It is top quality and made to last years. The only problem I found was it runs very large. I had to return it for the next size down.

Sizing and sleeve length are problems
January 1, 2015

From: Evans, Ga Age: Over 65 Gender: Male
The jacket size runs very large and there are no choice for sleeve length. Returning also is a surprise with a charge being added to the my debit card. Before I purchase any additional Carhartt clothing I will have to go to a local dealer to make sure the size fits. Carhartt needs to use tighter controls on their contracted manufacturers as last year I ordered some t-shirts and they came from two different foreign countries and both fit differently. It would be worth paying more at the store to get a good fit and avoid return charges
