Great , but....
November 29, 2016

From: Santa maria, CA Age: 25-34 Gender: Male
I'm a Union electrician and I love these overalls . My only gripe is that you don't have these in the black option anymore . I loved the black ones and I know many others that did too. please bring them back! SERIOUSLY Also , I own a black pair and i'm onto my second pair of brown overalls . All overalls are labeled the same exact size but the brown have a much bigger fit to them about the waist and the inseam . Since the black have been discontinued, I feel like they run a lot bigger now.

carpenter overall

I am a professional finish carpenter, I wear these in stead of bags. A tool belt is heavy and in the way It is easy to scrach finish materials.

Always Our Favorite
November 1, 2016

From: Porterville, Ca Age: 25-34 Gender: Male
My husband is an electrician and LOVES these overalls. The problem is... This kind is so hard to find! I'm so glad I found them on this site. He wears a smaller size, so it's even harder to find. These are very durable and perfect for holding everything. Not to mention, Dungarees got them to us super fast! I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

A Carpenters Uniform
October 25, 2016

From: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Age: 55-65 Gender: Male
When I apprenticed as a carpenter in the mid '70's, our foreman made all of us buy and wear carpenter overalls. He said it was our uniform. At that time the only carpenter coveralls were made by GWG, they were white and they were called "Red Straps". Well when GWG quit producing their Red Straps, I was lost and hated an old leather pouch. So when Carhartt started producing the carpenter overalls years ago I jumped right on board and got me some...but I hated them!!! They weren't Red Straps. Now years later, Carhartt got itv right. The proper size pockets, pockets for knee pads, and pretty dog gone rugged too! Loose the tool belt and pick up a couple of pairs of Carhartt Carpenter overalls and you won't regret it. WEAR YOUR UNIFORM!!!

R28 concern
October 3, 2016

From: Spokane, WA Age: 65+ Gender: Male
My dad wore R 28 carpenter bibs since the late 40s, and I have worn them for 38+ years. A few years back I was confused why the hammer loop was removed from the right side. I had to take my new pair to a seamstress to have one sewed on. Not sure but I guess all carpenters are left handed? Now I'm hearing they are to be discontinued. I sure hope more people voice their concerns and change your minds on discontinuing this line. The local Carhartt store said they get requests "all the time" because so many people like the built in nail apron. What I would love to see happen is to add zippers & buttons to the legs to the R 28s and not dicontinue them. I have always worn Carhartt carpenter bibs and been pleased with the quality. Please reconsider.

From: San jose, CA Age: 35-44 Gender: Male
None available for literally months!!! Pulled the lighter weight Black color- really? Are actively trying to loose customers? Make them in the US again so you can control your product! I seriously don't care if the price is higher, make them here!
