A great shirt for cold weather. I would like to see the cranberry color again. Lucky I bought two when I saw them years ago.

These were purchased as work shirts, but they are too nice for work. Great quality shirts.

Awesome!
March 3, 2017

From: Jefferson City, MO Age: 55-64 Gender: Male
I'm 6'3 and 200lbs with 16.5" neck and 35" sleeve length. I received this shirt in a Large Tall for Christmas and I can say that it is the best fitting shirt I own. I am an active outdoorsman (farming/ranching, hunting, camping) and normally buy much of my clothing through Cabelas and Duluth as I'm a stickler for function and quality. I've, up to this point, only owned Carhartt work pants, coveralls and coats. All of which I absolutely appreciate the quality and longevity of. As far as this shirt, I can't speak to durability at this point, as I've only owned it the past 3 months and can't bring myself to "work or play outdoors" in, only for "going to church and town," it's just too darn nice! Besides the look and fit, I love the heavy weight and solid construction of this shirt, as that's what I look for in a cool to cold weather functional clothing. I can't say that the material is better than Duluth or Cabelas similar shirts, but I can say that for me.. the fit is perfect and I'm getting more! Thanks!

My only complaint is you have to remember not to dry them for they will shrink, making the arms a little short. But you know that is what most shirts do today, so just damp dry to get the wrinkles out then hang up to finish.

A much better shirt than I expected
January 10, 2017

From: Bayville New Jersey Age: 55-65 Gender: Male
I put this shirt on and exclaimed "Oh! My" It fits like it was tailored to me, It feels so comfortable I couldn't believe it for being as heavyweight as it is. The color looks great and dark. I bought it for work but I won't wear it there just yet! In fact I think I'm going to order one more and two Foreman ones since they are a little lighter! But this is a really nice shirt and I never thought I would like a shirt as much as I like this one!

Very Solid Shirt
January 5, 2017

From: Brockport, NY Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
I have purchased several of this shirt over the last three years. Here are my thoughts: Pro's: The construction is very sound. Plenty of room in shoulders and upper arms. Very good looking shirt as well. Con's: Like many of today's shirts, there's way too much material in the stomach area {but not as bad as most other shirts on the market}. Could easily loose a few inches there. Also, compared to the versions of this shirt I purchased just a couple years ago, the material has been "over softened" or seems thinner. Remember who your customer is Carhartt: I'm not looking for something to wear after a bubble bath, but something tough to wear to do battle with 2x4's, nails, thorns when working out in the woods, etc. Overall I like these shirts and will continue to buy them provided they do not change them too drastically.

This is my husband's go-to shirt for weekends. He has about 5 others and likes them all. Wish it was still made in the Burgundy colour.
