Everything is great
I love the color, the cut, the overall fit, and the warmth it provides! The elastic/ribbed sleeves and hip band areas are perfect for keeping out cold winds! The quilted interior is SO soft and comfortable! I got caught out in the rain, and this jacket kept me dry even though it is not waterproof/resistant- Not saying that you should wear this as a rain coat double. I adore this jacket, and I am so sad that it is too warm to wear it now!

Love my coat
I wasn't very excited about the muted burgandy/pink merlot color once I saw it, but my husband likes it and I think it is better to work around the cows than the mens red coat I had originally ordered but couldn't get small enough to fit me. I have broad shoulders for a petite girl so I usually order medium but I went with a small, the shoulders fit well but then the sleeves are a little shorter than my liking. They stop at my wrist bone. Next time I will order medium. Even though I might have changed a little, I still love my coat.

Purchased for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Jacket is warm,comfortable and durable.

Perfect
I bought another jacket which turned out to be way too large and returned it and took a chance on this one. I ordered this jacket in a medium and it arrived this morning. I thought it was going to be small when I looked at it, but turns out it was just the right size. Fits extremely well. I can even fit my thermal Carhartt hoodie under it. I love the way it hugs my hips and I know I'll be warm and toasty even in the coldest weather.
Unfortunately, today's temperature in Illinois is 63 so I can't wear it today. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm looking forward to the colder weather tomorrow so I can really enjoy the warmth of this jacket.

Great jacket, super comfy, and I love the color!!!
I have always loved Carhartt jackets and was excited when I found one in Merlot! Dungarees has great prices and free shipping too! Although the shipping was quite slow and came after the expected delivery date, I would still order from Dungarees again. My husband ordered a jacket too!

Carhartt Sandstone coat
I love my new Cardhartt jacket. It's comfortable, strong and sturdy material and warm. I love the attached hood. Since we live in a windy area it comes in handy.

One perfect jacket
I just received my sandstone active jacket. I am 5'2' , 114# and the size small fits like a dream. I can move freely to shovel, lift or any other activity in the jacket. And the jacket is still stylish enough to wear out to run errands. The pockets are perfectly place on the front to keep your hands warm and the pockets inside are perfect to keep items secured. The hood is designed so that it does not block peripheral vision when in use. The rip knit cuffs keeps the cold air from going up the sleeves. I love the Carhahtt brown as it looks like cowhide without sacrificing the cow. The jacket is durable, warm and stylish - what more could you want? Well, saving $15 (as well as free shiping) with Dungarees is an added bonus.
