Avg Sizing (fit); Very flattering cut
I often have trouble with Carhartt's sizing and fit for women's clothing, but this shirt is of average fit. I normally wear a Small in shirts and blouses; that is what I ordered and this shirt perfectly. The cut is very flattering on my boyish figure, as the seaming adds some curves where I have none. Ha-ha.
For reference, I wear a 34B, although my ribcage is a little large and my shoulders are unusually broad for a gal of my stature, and I typically wear Levis or Carhartts in size 4 or 6, depending on the cut.
I would order a second shirt in this style in the turquoise color-scheme if there was one available in my size. Love it! My only wishes would be that it were long sleeve and snap-closure.
**4 Stars on Durability only because I just purchased this item. I give Carhartt the benefit of the doubt that it will have the same superior quality I have always found in their products.

very flattering shirt
I purchased this shirt in bright raspberry and the colors are cheerful and the shirt attractive. This shirt is very flattering to a women's figure. Great tucked in or left out. However, Carhartt usually runs slightly large on me, and if you are in between sizes, this time I would suggest you go with the "larger" size for this shirt. This shirt also looks great over the Cami Stretch Top which is my "go-to" top. Carhartt offers it in a great selection of colors. I have no problem wearing a bra underneath the Cami since it is sized perfectly and doesn't gap under the arms. The fabric is not too shear and the top layers smoothly too. As with most Carhartt women's clothes, if you are between sizes, purchase the smaller size for the stretch Cami. Carhartt washes beautifully too.

lovely casual shirt in bright cheerful colors
