Doesn't keep coffee warm The size is great, fits in every cup holder I've run into. The lid is secure and doesn't leak when tipped over, which happens quite a bit. The only downside happens to be its biggest failure, there doesn't seem to be any insulation in it. 5 min after pouring a hot cup of coffee into it your rewarded with a luke warm return. I've even tried preheating the mug with hot water in an attempt minimize heat loss, this only makes the exterior hotter. Until a thermal barrier is added I would not recommend this product, which is a shame... hope they fix it. September 28, 2012
