Rated 5 out of 5 by incredible warranty I bought this product several years ago and it did not work very well. The food would not stay warm for more than 2 hours on a cold day. I threw it in the cup board and didn't think about it until a couple of months ago when I saw it sitting there. I tried it again (not sure why I thought it would be any different). Same results, so I sent in a warranty claim. I called in the next day to see if my claim was there and talked with a very professional guy that assured me he would personally handle the claim. I received a new bottle 4 days later!!!! Incredible!! I love the bottle, love the company, love the warranty. I have and will continue to buy your product, and tell everyone how great you guys are!! Thanks for keeping your warranty promise!! January 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Yes My dad had one of these for thirty years until he lost it, I bought one a few years ago at a thrift store and I just think it's great. We have three of them kicking around the house, now. They last forever. January 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by stands by their products Purchased the classic food jar 7 years ago and recently it would not keep foods hot for more than 4 hours. Contacted Stanley and the replaced the food jar at no charge. Yes they are a little pricy but Stanley stands buy their products. Try that with their competitors. December 15, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Everything you'd expect. Not of fan of fast food, or the expense of eating out. I have had one of these for five years and it was one of the best investments for work I have made. Fill it with boiling water in the morning. (5-5:30) dump it out and fill it with soup before I leave (7-7:30) and it is hot 5-6 hours later. Have a smaller one but this is the right size to both fill me up and keep food hot. Make a large pot of soup on Sunday and eat it all week. Warm homemade food at a fraction of the cost of eating out. Have a 1.5 quart thermos (20 + years), a 20 ounce mug and a 20 ounce food jar. All of them work well and are nearly indestructible. Only have to replace a seal every few years. There are many things in life that are of questionable value. Stanly products are one of the few things that consistently perform and demonstrate its value year after year. Am sure I'll be passing my Stanley's down to my kids. November 29, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best thermos ever... This is the first thermos that I got from Stanley, and I'm more than impressed. I filled it with ice and water one morning and left it on the construction site by accident. When I picked it up more than 36h later, there were still frozen ice cubes in the bottle. Incredible! Haven't tried it with hots, but I assume it will work just as well. August 29, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Stopper started to pop out I bought this a year ago, at first I was happy but only used it for a few months of our Uk weather. Anyway its got colder again and went to use it and whilst heating it up the stopper blew out and hit my kitchen ceiling... Not happy and have emailed you guys but not had a response yet!!! Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed Bought this product because it was a Stanley. I followed the instructions by boiling water and filling it, letting it sit for 15 minutes while I heated my soup to boiling. This was at 6am and by 12pm, lunch time, my soup was room temp. I was indoors the whole time where the temp was 70 to 72. December 16, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not satisfied I bought this product a week ago and the screw top keeps popping and making a mess out of things, it keeps my things hot, even over 15 hours. But I would rather have a product that I dont have to worry about making a mess all the time. December 14, 2015
