Rated 5 out of 5 by from A MUST HAVE!! If I could I would give this a 10 Star. I bought the 2qt. size for my husband who works 12 hour shifts inside and outside with being an electrician. He wouldn't be without a Stanley 2qt. now. We bought another one for us so when we travel we have extra coffee on hand!! Its a money saver too in that respect! My husband would recommend this to everyone as would I. We even bought 3 for gifts for family members who love it too! Haven't had a chance to use the lifetime guarantee, but its nice to read comments that Stanley honors it. Thank you Stanley!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Timeless Classic I found mine cheap second-hand at the flea market. It has plenty of dings & scratches but works just as good as a brand new one. I notice that there are an extra set of threads st the top that looks like it could take and extra (larger) cup that fits over the smaller one - but I've not been able to find a replacement so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Continued sucsess This is my second Stanley Thermos, lost the first one. It rides along with me in the squad car, always. Getting in and out of the car during the cold winter months, you would think the coffee inside would get cold. My partner didn't believe my coffee was still hot at the end of one cold shift. When some of my coffee shortly found his hand, he became a true believer. It continues to serve me well at football games, long travels, and car trips. Thanks Stanley.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. Great customer service. I had my Stanley bottle for several years and the vacuum seal finally failed. Stanley kept their promise and backed up their warranty. I can purchase a bottle from any company but will continue to buy from Stanley because of the customer service I received. Needless to say, the bottle performs flawlessly as expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durability I needed a "good" thermos (1979) so I asked my foreman what he had. You could only tell it was a STANLEY by the spout end and lid/cup. The base was flat and teardropped (wont stand up on base). So I asked what happened. He said it had been run over by a forklift 10yrs earlier. He said,"still keeps coffee hot." That sold me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from None better Got one for wedding 42 years ago have used it almost everyday as I am a farmer rancher. Many dings and dents still keeps coffee hot and cool things cool.. Has been on a few (like a lot) of hunting trips. Can't believe I still have it. Retiring now but not the Stanley told wife she may get to use it now

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best money I ever spent I bought my 1/2gallon thermos # A945DH back in 1988 and I've replaced the cup and stopper only once each since new. I bought a 1 quart alladin thermos and my first day using it it didn't keep my coffee cold but for a couple hours. I've thrown my half gallon out of the top of a tree 80 feet up and it still keeps hot for almost 2 days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second cup? Thermos great. But I have one question! At the neck of the the thermos I see a thread. I think that for a second cup. Where to get it? I need a second cup, all other thermos has two cover, two cups!
