I have been using the Stanley thermos for many years. I had one a couple years ago that suddenly stopped keeping my coffee hot for very long, so I just wen a bought a new one. I had been seeing the lunch box that hold the thermos on top, got the lunch box and a new thermos. On the very first day I used it I had strapped it to the luggage rack on my Harley and for some reason it came loose and fell off the motorcycle going about 65 MPH. I stopped and picked it up the impact had cracked the lunch box and dented and scratched up the thermos. The thermos still works great about 2 yrs later. I kept using the lunch box for as long as I could but the cracks eventually started getting worse and coming apart. I still used the lunchbox for close to a year (I don't hold that one against Stanley) The thermos is still working greatand I just added a new Stanley mug to the family

I work outside and needed something that would keep my drink cold all day. This is perfect to keep me hydrated throughout the day. This is a man's drink holder, not a little yeti cup. Will recommend to my friends and family.

Seldom does something I buy make me as happy!! I make a pot of coffee at * am, work the first half of a split shift, have my first (HOT) cups at about 1030. The coffee is STILL hot when I go back for the 2nd half of my split and drink some at %pm!!! a great value for a reasonable price. Keep up the good work.

Bought this a few months ago and was very disappointed when it wouldn't even keep my coffee warm. I did a warranty claim online, Stanley contacted me by phone and within 5 days I had a new bottle delivered. Now my coffee stays hot all day long. I recently started using it for ice water because it is starting to get hot here in the southwest and it has lasted more than 24hrs. So like I said I'm very happy with this bottle and with the Stanley customer service for taking care of me.

I must say their customer service was very good, I have a half gallon thermos from the 90s, that stopped working, they gladly replaced my bottle. Thank you so much Stanley!

My Bottle fell out of my pack when I was climbing in a forest I didnt return for a full 48hours and when I did i found my bottle too my surprise it was still warm enough to drink the ourside temp had diped to -20 C

I never purchased my Stanley thermos, I got it from my father's house after he passed away. I remember giving it to him as a gift in 1993 as a replacement for his thermos that broke. Here it is now 2016 and I am still using the same thermos we gave him when I was 5 years old. He used it everyday he went to work and now I use it every day. This thermos goes to the field when I train, it rides along in my tactical vehicle, goes to small arms ranges with me and it never fails to satisfy me, my coffee is always hot when I want it. Honestly Stanley made one mistake when they made this thermos, they made it too rugged, I don't foresee ever needing to replace it. It has been serving my family for over 20 years. Great product!!!!!
