Wide is not very I ordered these boots in 13EW, and returned them immediately. While the extra-wide size was indeed wide at the ball of the foot, it appears to use the same steel-toe cap as a standard width boot. This means that the boot abruptly goes from wide to narrow as you go forward into the toe area. This ruins the fit of the boot. I am instead ordering a composite toe boot that is advertised as having expanded toe room, the Wolverine Falcon Peak. January 23, 2013
