Awesome Carhartt, why, oh why are you discontinuing such a great product? Why do you feel the need to go "fashionista" with the womens clothing line? Did you forget that Carhartt was known as being WORK wear?? The newer styles just do not cut it. PLEASE go back to your roots! The WB011 pants are the best work pants around! October 5, 2011
Good fit, good quality. I really like the women's fit and the different length choices. Good quality pants that hold up well. I hope more colors become available. September 12, 2011
Greatest Find - Washed Duck Work Pant These are the best work pants I have found for my job as an electrician in the construction industry. Women need to be comfortable and safe in their clothes just like men, and these have the best fit, feel, and value available. Plenty of pockets, and the more you wash them, the more comfortable they get! I plan to convert all my work pants to this style in various colors. Thanks again Carhartt! February 2, 2011
Love These! I liked my Double-Front Sandstone pants and still do, but these are my new faves. The quality is amazing and the material is still heavyweight, but the style and colors transition very well to everyday casual wear. I plan to buy two more pairs once my (petite) size is in stock again. The fit is very flattering and form-fitting without being the least bit restricting, and the style provides ample coverage when bending. My husband likes the fit of these, which was all the positive feedback I needed! October 20, 2009
Good tough pant but not true to size. This is a great pant for heavy work. The quality is good. They are tough, therefore also very stiff. My biggest complaint is that, with Carhartt, you never know what size the pant will actually be. I own the same pant in Carhart brown size 8 and they fit. When I ordered two pair, size 8, in dark brown they came in more like size 10. One pair is even larger than the other and is, for me, absolutely unwearable. March 5, 2012
durable pants I really like these pants, except they really aren't made for someone as curvy as me. The waistband still gaps really bad in the back, and the thighs are a bit snug. I was also disappointed that a size 18 doesn't come in longer lengths. Other than that, these are my new favorite pair of pants. April 2, 2011
FIT? I have thick thighs and a small waist - these are great pants, but they don't give and if you have bigger thighs they are not comfortable. I am returning only because there is no stretch. I knew when I ordered that this might be the case so no surprises. January 28, 2011
Almost perfect Pros: Nice sturdy fabric. Very good quality of construction for the price. Great pockets (their sizes, shapes, and locations all work for me) Cons: No hammer loop even though the description states that there is a hammer loop. Large (>2") gap at back of waist. (My waist is 10.5" smaller than my hips.) Unfortunately the material is too stiff to be comfortably belted into shape (the resulting folds jab and chafe) so it would be nice if this particular pant was constructed so that it could be more easily altered (i.e. a two-part waistband where the center back seam extends through the waistband) or else if it came in a more curvy fit above the hip.
