Rugged for women only I thank Carhartt for finally making jackets for WOMEN. I used to try to fit into men's and it was awful looking, with huge arms and tighter waistlines. You had to reach for larger sizes to fit the waistlines and then the rest of the jacket would look huge! But I used to see lots of women at the rodeo with them on and I wanted one too. I ended up giving them away to good will because of the awful man's fit, bulky, and so extra heavy. FINALLY Carhartt did the right thing... Make women's Carhartt. This jacket is wonderful. The lining is comfortable and warm. Very rugged. Windproof it is as well as lightly resistant to rain. The only complaint is initially getting the zipper started. It's a bit hard to find the insert to get it started. You might have to fumble to do it. BUT once it catches it zips good. I wish the zippers were a little smoother. But I see that most Carhartts do that. January 4, 2012

Love This Coat I love my new jacket! I couldn't find any women's sizes anywhere within a 100 mile radius of where I live. I went online and took a chance ordering.
